Summit Path 1 is a private career coaching practice based in Hong Kong. I work with professionals in international organisations, students entering global firms, and organisations looking to develop leaders and navigate change. SP1 works with three audiences. Professionals in international organisations: typically mid to senior level, facing a promotion challenge, visibility problem, or career transition. Students and graduates entering their first roles at global firms. And organisations looking to develop leaders, strengthen international teams, or navigate change.

Most career coaches work from only frameworks and programmes. SP1 works from 25 years of experience inside global organisations: hiring, promoting, and leading teams across Europe and Asia. I have sat on both sides of the table. I know what gets discussed when you are not in the room. That is the difference.

Summit Path 1 is based in Hong Kong. Sessions are available via Google Meet globally or in person in Hong Kong. Clients include professionals based across Asia, as well as Western professionals working in or relocating to the region who need to understand how organisations operate here. All sessions can be scheduled to fit around any time zone.
